How to add MM Email to iPhone Mail app
This guide will explain the somewhat odd process of adding MM Email and Calendars to your iPhone's default mail app. Bear with me, as the process seems slightly unnecessary and overly precise but in fact works every time when done this way.
- Navigate to Settings - > Mail - > Accounts. Then tap "Add Account."
- Pick the "Exchange" option. On the next page, you should be able to type
your provided email address (@miraclemethod.com) along with a
description. Put whatever you'd like as the description. Press next,
then select the option to configure manually.
- You should only see three total text boxes on the screen right now, and
one should be for password. Type in your password, then press next.
- The username textbox should now say "required." For your username, type
the provided email address (@miraclemethod.com) and then press next.
- This should only change the server textbox to say "required." For
server, you will most likely type in: EAST.EXCH024.serverdata.net.
However yours may be WEST. This can/should be confirmed by IT before you
attempt to add your account.
- Press next, it should verify and take you to a sync options menu where you can enable the calendar.
Potential reasons for errors on non-responsive screen after pressing next:
- Password is incorrect or was typed incorrectly.
- The zero in EXCH024 was mistaken for an uppercase O.
- East.exch..... was incorrectly assumed and it needs to be west.
