While we strive to conduct all planned maintenance during the standard maintenance window, there may be situations that require maintenance activities outside of these times. These situations can include but are not limited to:
We understand the importance of application availability during business hours. As such, we make every effort to avoid conducting maintenance activities during the following business hours:
Exceptions to this may occur only in circumstances where delaying maintenance would result in a critical impact to the service or its users. Any such exceptional maintenance will be announced as far in advance as possible and will be executed in the least disruptive manner.
Users will be notified of any maintenance that falls outside of the standard maintenance window through appropriate communication channels.
