Tech/Estimator Dashboard
The estimator/tech dashboard allows technicians and estimators to see their next upcoming appointment.
From here they can quickly:
- Inform the customer they are on the way/running late - this texts the customer
- View the appointment
- Write the estimate (estimator only)
- View the work order electronically (tech only)
- Navigate to the jobsite
- Mark when arrived on the job
- Mark when leaving the job
- Be prompted to take before photos when starting the first day of the job (tech only)
- Be prompted to take 'after' photos when leaving the job on the final day (tech only)
For training, please contact IT.
When a tech clicks the 'on the way' or 'running late', the system notifies the customer, unless that customer is marked as not being eligible for texting
