Electronic Document Signing

Compass supports electronic document signing at various points in the customer journey.

The system supports e-signing templates which can include having your customer e-sign, check boxes, fill in information, etc.

Good uses of this signing include:
- Terms Of Service
- Warranty Acknowledgement
- Quote Acceptance
- Completion Certificates
- Waiver of Liability
- SRS Disclaimers
and more!

You may choose to perform e-signing:
1) At quote acceptance (good uses would be any Acceptance Of Estimate paperwork)
2) Before the job starts (best used for any waivers)
3) At job completion (best used for Completion Certificates etc)

To setup a document, please email itsupport@miraclemethod.com with your template(s). If your template has customer and franchise fillable fields, please indicate which are which. 

Often, a franchisee wants to select some options (for example, being able to check off "Customer has been advised of SRS limitations"). We can allow you to check boxes/enter fields prior to the document being sent to your customer for signing.

Note: during the migration window, processing of new e-signing documents may be delayed while we migrate all franchisees to Compass by our migration deadline.
