Bundle Products in Quickbooks

Bundle Products in Quickbooks

Quickbooks supports Bundled products. These products contain multiple sub-products under a master SKU in Quickbooks.

Compass happily supports QBO Bundled Products.. however, if you configure Compass to map a product to a Quickbooks sub-bundle item, the synchronization of the invoice will fail.

You will most immediately notice this due to the error " Invalid bundle entry in SalesItemLineDetailInvalid" appearing in the logs.

The way to fix this is to open Admin>Products, edit the related product, and choose the 'QBO Item' which matches the bundle, rather than the bundle component.
