Activating Or Deactivating Colors

In the event of a color is temporarily unavailable for one reason or another, it might be necessary to deactivate a color option for customers until such time that color is readily available again.


 Bring the mouse cursor over the Settings link on the Navigation Bar.

 A pop-up menu will appear giving the option to mouse over Company Admin.


 

Click on the option on the sub-menu for Colors.









Find the color you would like to activate or deactivate in the system.
Click on the grayish icon on the left that looks like a pen and paper to edit the color option.




 The Add Color Screen will open.

 

 If the color is available and ready for customers to choose as an option. Click the check box next to Color Active.

 

 If the color is temporarily unavailable for customer, uncheck the box next to Color Active.

 

 Click on Submit.
